Food Vendor Application


Food Market vendors are provided with a 10′ x 10′ space. The cost of a booth is $50 and includes two (2) 6′ tables and two (2) chairs. Vendors must provide their own tents and displays.

There are a limited number of vendor spaces available; early application is recommended.

I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Pastels on 5th, Alternatives to Violence, and the City of Loveland from any damage to my property or any personal injury, which I or my helpers may sustain while participating in the Pastels on 5th Event held on September 10, 2016. Because Pastels on 5th does not carry insurance to cover my personal property, I understand that as an independent contractor I display my booth at my own risk and have been advised to obtain my own insurance.
1.) Applications must be submitted no later than August 19, 2016. Applicants will be juried and contacted upon acceptance. Full payment must be received with your application. 2.) The event takes place in the paved, public parking lot on the southwest corner of 5th Street and Lincoln Ave. 3.) Vendor booths are 10’ deep and 10’ wide. Space availability is limited. Booth fees are non-refundable. There is no rain date and no refunds for weather. 4.) All vendors must be set up by 10am and ready for business. Booth breakdown can begin at 5pm and must be completed by 6pm. 5.) You are required to supply all of your own signage and display materials. 2 6’ tables and 2 chairs can be requested on your Marketplace Booth Application. Canopies and tents will not be provided; you must bring your own. To maintain safety tents and canopies must be anchored. 6.) Vendors are asked to remove trash and leave vendor space clean at the end of the event. 7.) Pastels on 5th is not liable for any claims made by vendors regarding their products’ value, pricing, or quality. It is the responsibility of the vendor to produce and deliver products in accordance with any and all government regulations that apply to their industry. 8.) Vendors are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages of any kind. 9.) Sales Tax – The City of Loveland does not require a sales tax license for vendors participating in a special event. However, each vendor will be required to remit a 3% city sales tax directly to the City. Forms will be provided the day of the event. 10.) All food vendors are required to have a current Colorado Retail Food License. You must refer to the Larimer County Health Department to obtain your license. If you do not have a current Colorado Retail Food License you will not be allowed to operate at the event.
