Sponsor Information

Each sidewalk art square is sponsored by an area business, club, school, church, or individual patron of the arts. Sponsors names appear at the top of each sidewalk art square.

Sponsors may partner with their own artist, or be matched with a participating artist prior to the event. If a sponsor has special requests for the artwork, they need to find their own artist and coordinate with them in advance of the event Otherwise, we give artistic license to the artists who register for the event.

Important Deadlines:

April 3, 2026: Premier+ sponsors to be included on event rack card
July 17, 2026: Premier+ sponsors to be included on event poster & tote bags
August 21, 2026: Final registration deadline

 

Sponsorship levels

Presenting Sponsor - $10,000:

  • Pastels on 5th is "presented by" your company
  • "Presented by" banner at the event
  • Verbal recognition of sponsorship on stage throughout the day
  • 8x6 art square in front of the Loveland Museum with sponsor name
  • Name/logo on the homepage and "Participating Sponsors" page of our website
  • Extended sponsorship recognition on ATV's website and enewsletter(s)
  • Name/logo on event rack card, poster, and tote bag
  • Option to donate item to artists bags

ATV Corporate Annual Sponsorship - $10,000:

  • High-level sponsorship status at ATV’s 3 signature events: Purple Ribbon Breakfast, Pastels on 5th and FORE Golf Tournament
  • Plus, benefits to promote your partnership throughout the year including a blog post on ATV’s website, social media shoutouts and sign recognition at ATV Resource Center/admin building.

Pastels on 5th Stage Sponsor - $5,000:

  • Company banner featured across stage
  • Verbal recognition of sponsorship from stage throughout the day
  • 6x6 art square in front of the Loveland Museum with sponsor name
  • Name/logo on the homepage and "Participating Sponsors" page of our website
  • Name/logo on event rack card, poster, and tote bag
  • Option to donate item to artist bags

Activity Area Sponsor - $3,000:
(Marketplace, Kids' Art Area, People's Choice Voting, or Artists Lunch)

  • Company banner featured at the sponsored activity area
  • 6x6 art square in prime location with sponsor name
  • Name/logo on event rack card, poster, and tote bag
  • Name/logo on the homepage and "Participating Sponsors" page of our website
  • Option to donate item to artist bags

Premier Sponsor - $1,000:

  • 6x6 art square with sponsor name
  • Name/logo on event rack card, poster, and tote bag
  • Name/logo on the homepage and "Participating Sponsors" page of our website
  • Logo on "Premier Sponsor" banner at event
  • Option to donate item to artist bags

Event Sponsor - $500:

  • 5x6 art square with sponsor name
  • Name on "Sponsor" page of website
  • Logo on "Event Sponsor" banner at event
  • Option to donate item to artist bags

Square Sponsor - $200:

  • 4x4 art square with sponsor name
  • Name on "Sponsor" page of website
  • Option to donate item to artist bags

Your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. Should the event be cancelled due to extreme inclement weather, no refunds will be issued. Sponsors may provide branded material, coupons, promotional items, etc. for the artist bags.
